There is a wide variety of outdoor activities that can be enjoyed at or within a short distance of Sol e Lua, including golf, scuba, hiking, biking, fishing, and water sports of all descriptions.
During the summer, particularly, there are many music, dance and theatre performances that can be enjoyed in several of the nearby towns. The jazz festival in Loulé for example, boasts world-class performers, and the classical performances in Faro, Tavira and São Lourenço are often of exceptional standard. Events of this type are often not planned and promoted until the last minute, so to find out more make frequent visits to these links.

Breakfasts at Sol e Lua are generous and typically feature smoked salmon, apple strudel and our homemade bread or croissants. We try and change the breakfast menu daily so our longer stay guests get plenty of variety. If you have special dietary needs (if you are vegetarian, vegan, celiac, lactose intolerant or diabetic, for instance) please let us know and we will do all we can to try and accommodate you (please bear in mind that we are not near a metropolis!) And what better than a delicious cup of espresso, galão or a fresh mint tea to wash down this feast!
